Refund and Ticket Cancellation Policy: 
All bookings are final upon completion. No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be permitted after the booking is confirmed. 

Punctuality and Missed Departures: 
Passengers are required to arrive at the designated boarding counter on time. Garibook shall not be held liable for any missed departures due to late arrival, and no refunds or ticket adjustments will be provided in such cases. 

Meals: 
The fare does not include lunch or dinner. Passengers are responsible for their own meal arrangements during the journey. 

Personal Belongings: 
Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Garibook shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the journey. 

Prohibited Conduct: 
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the coaster. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the vehicle without refund. 

Illegal Items: 
Carrying illegal or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Garibook will not be liable for any legal consequences arising from such actions, and passengers found in violation will be subject to appropriate legal action. 

Booking Limit: 
Each individual is permitted to book a maximum of two (2) seats per transaction. 

Identification Requirement: 
For safety and security purposes, passengers are required to upload a valid National Identification Document (NID) during the booking process. Bookings made with invalid or unverifiable NID details will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
